Reem Acra Fall 2010 RTW
Miss Acra chose not to show at fall fashion week but instead produced this poignant film of her collection. She chose youthful shapes while still retaining her glamorous aesthetic. Her look could be described as "over-the-top" but I think the combination of bows, feathers, sequins, gold, and dramatic drapes makes this collection interesting and beautiful. The 5th and 6th looks are favorites. I love the open kimono sleeves with vintage patterns and bright modern colors. I also think the video's kind of scary. But I'm a wimp so you should just see for yourself.
